Show Me The Movie: The Movie Version of Charades

The Show Me Sweepstakes starts December 15, 2010 and ends May 15, 2011. The Sweepstakes will be divided into sections (“Acts”). One winner for each Act will receive one (1) Show Me The Movie™ game (upon completion of production). The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is T5 Enterprises, LLC, P.O. Box 1738, Broken Arrow, OK 74012 (the “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes shall be subject to these Official Rules and by entering, all participants agree that they have read these Official Rules and to abide by the terms and conditions stated.

1. ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes are open to legal residents of the United States, who are a minimum of 14 years of age. This Sweepstakes is void in all areas outside of the United States of America, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the Sponsor, participants, affiliates, advertisers, and the immediate families of such employees and participants are ineligible to participate. Participants under the age of 18 must obtain permission from his/her parent or legal guardian to enter and for the collection of his/her name, address, phone number and age for purposes of administering this Sweepstakes and a consent to the collection, storage and use of personal information for the purposes of this Sweepstakes.

2. HOW TO ENTER:
Watch the Sweepstakes videos on the Show Me The Movie™ website or YouTube. Every section of the Sweepstakes will have three (3) movie titles acted out. Participants must correctly guess all three (3) of the movie titles, in their entirety. To enter, complete the online entry form at http://www.rollactrepeat.com/sweepstakes. You can enter as many guesses as you like, however, only one (1) correct entry per participant will be placed in a random drawing to determine the winner.

3. PRIZES:
One (1) prize will to be awarded for every Act of the Sweepstakes. The prize is  one (1) Show Me The Movie™ game (to be delivered upon completion of production). The approximate retail value is $23.99. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Prize includes the cost of shipping and handling. The Sponsor is not responsible for the unavailability of the winner or the receipt of incorrect contact information. If the prize is returned to the Sponsor, and the winner would still like to receive their prize, the winner will then be responsible for shipping and handling costs. Any applicable federal and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

4. ODDS OF WINNING:
Odds of winning a prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. PRIZE FULFILLMENT:
The potential winners for prizes will be selected from all eligible entries in a random drawing held after the ending date for the corresponding section of the sweepstakes. The potential winner will be notified via E-mail at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and further information will be collected. If a potential winner cannot be reached within 10 calendar days from the first notification attempt, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected. All prizes will be mailed to the winner upon completion of production of Show Me The Movie™. The Sponsor is not responsible for the receipt of invalid contact information.

6. PRIVACY:
By submitting personal information to T5 Enterprises, LLC, participants and their parents/legal guardians (where applicable) consent to T5 Enterprises, LLC’s use of such information for the purposes of collecting contact information from the winner(s). T5 Enterprises, LLC will never sell, lease, trade, or distribute your personal information. Winners will have the option to have there name and picture posted on the Sweepstakes page on the Show Me The Movie™ website.

7. WINNERS LIST/RULES:
For a winners list or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: The Show Me Sweepstakes, T5 Enterprises, LLC, P.O. Box 1738, Broken Arrow, OK 74012 by May 30, 2011. Please specify rules or winners list in your request. Official Rules are also available on the Show Me The Movie™ website.

9. MISCELLANEOUS:
The sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect or destroyed entries. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and void where prohibited. If the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules, the Sponsor has the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time. YouTube is not a sponsor of the Sweepstakes and has no responsibility or liability regarding the conduct or administration of the Sweepstakes.
